Bad app

App was working great until about two hours ago. Now the app shows that uber not available in my city, and it has been for the last year. Maybe theres a change to the Uber API and the developer of this app has not updated to the correct API yet. Hopefully this app gets fixed soon, as it was a useful tool for me until it stopped working

This application needs to be updated. When I enter 773 Benson Way Thousand Oaks it sends a message saying no such number.

The app encouraged me to join Uber through them. I did but I never received the $20 promotion credit as promised. I am working with Uber now since I cant find a way to contact user support for the GO application. Not very happy. Uber works great though!

I tried it and did not receive the discount that was supposed to be supplied whats worse is you dont find out until after you have been charged

I used this app because there was a promise of a $20 discount! It cost me over $30 to go under 5 miles! Very very very upset! I have since sent an email to Uber support and am awaiting a response. Do not use this app!

There is no such thing as $20 first time rider credit. Dont bother with the app. The only way you could get any credit is if you referred it to a friend who might actually use it so you could earn $15 after. Useless & fake!

They made us wait over an hour for pick up then ignored the GPS directions which cost us $200 instead of $95. We sent in a complaint and they didnt have the courtesy to respond. Never again. Total tip off.

Didnt work :/ I didnt get the money off, it did nothing for me. But I tried using the regular Uber app instead with coupon christians670 and I got the discount.

I downloaded this app before I read the other reviews. It is supposed to be a companion to Uber but I dont understand how it is different than just using the Uber app by itself. I only did it to get the $20 off my first ride but I never got it! So, I contacted Uber and sent them the screenshot of the apps promise and they refunded the $20 for me. Thanks Uber but what is this app and why would anyone need it??

I love Ulber. There when you need them, no hassle.

Im not sure what these other reviews are saying, but this app is great. Thanks for helping with my uber rides.
