Hard to use

In my opinion this app doesnt work as advertised. I tried to sign up to get the $30 credit. I was never successful. Somehow I did get an Über account but no $30 credit. Really like Über. Used it twice already with good experience. Would like to know what happened to my $30 credit as it was never applied to my account. So buyer beware.
