Did not get my 20 first ride

I emailed help because the app did not work to take first time riders to the website for discount code. Thought it would be auto applied after my paid first ride. did not apply and I spent over 40.00 one way . When searching and address was added did not retain address. What a rip off. 2 stars only for drivers and that I made my appointment on time.
